As part of this event, Helix MedSpa may provide a complimentary VISIA Skin Analysis.

The VISIA Skin Analysis system captures high-resolution facial images to evaluate various skin characteristics, including pigmentation, redness, texture, pores, UV damage, wrinkles, and other visible skin concerns.

By submitting this registration form, you acknowledge and agree that Helix MedSpa may capture, store, and review VISIA images for consultation, treatment planning, progress tracking, and clinical record purposes.

You understand that the VISIA Skin Analysis is an informational and educational tool and does not constitute a medical diagnosis. Any treatment recommendations provided are based on professional assessment and your individual goals.

Your information and images will be handled in accordance with applicable privacy legislation and Helix MedSpa privacy policies.
